FX3GE have a built-in FX3U-ENET-ADP on communication channel 1, so you need set up in plc enet module. Also need configure got.Try this settings.got.thumb.PNG.10a46eaaec6d9b23a22611a02ffx.PNG.7efe5ab1d24716ee4f61ec0f2322e0d9.

Ok you are using the FX3GE so the port should be 5556 (port 5551 is for the ethernet module on the right side)

Can you change the GOT station number of the GOT to 2. (You should prevent having the same station numbers for GOT and PLC.

Lastly Did you create a MELSOFT connection in the ethernet parameters in GX Works 2?

Looks fine.   Are you connected to a switch or is it a direct cable between GOT and FX?

If it's switch is anything else connected ?

Can you ping the PLC from the GOT or vice versa?

What do the ethernet diagnostic say from the PC side?

Can you ping fom GOT to PLC? This is a function you can access via the utilities.

Have you tried another cross cable ?

Direct connected

As @Gambit is also saying: Did you use a crossed Ethernet cable? You need a crossed Ethernet cable if directly connected.
