Temperature controling with module

3 posts in this topic

Hello to everybody!

This time I need to make a program to control temperature ... Some help?
I don't know how to use an analog module, I'm just starting to working with them.

The PLC I have a FX3u-32MR/ES (Mitsubishi), and I have the modules; FX3u-4AD-ADP and FX3u-4AD-PT-ADP for temperature measurement.

PLEASE HELP?

Have a good day!

Read up on the manual for the ADP modules on the FX-series (or the FX3 Analog modules). They are easy to use, e.g. the first ADP module starts at D8260, the second one at D8270 and so on. 4AD-ADP will have to be scaled to your specific needs, the raw value equals 0-4096 (0-10V) - these can be scaled. The raw input from the 4AD-PT-ADP equals the temperature with one decimal.

Also don't forget selection of temperature unit: M8260/70/80/90  OFF: Centigrade (°C) ON: Fahrenheit (°F) when you work with PT module. It compatible only with Pt100 sensors.( -50 °C to +250 °C).
