How do I read a Mitsubishi PLC program through a QJ71E71 Ethernet card mounted on the same rack?

I also have this problem and I am getting 3103 ' link para error' in q03ud PLC

These are two separate  questions:

As for the Error unless you have a  Multi CPU system you most likely have defined the wrong Io address for the ethernecard. (start I/O no).
You can check this by going to diagnostics system monitor. On top of each module the IO address number is displayed

hello gambit, thanks for help but when I go to the Ethernet diagnostics, error is displayed ' no of module setting is incorrect'

don't go to the ethernet diagnostics check the system monitor !!!!
