NA5 User alarm viewer.

3 posts in this topic

Im using User alarm viewer in Historical Mode.

However always when one of errors i have created comes up it shows two times in the alarm viewer even if the error only comes up once.

Am i doing something wrong or why this is happening?

Hi,

Difficult to be sure without a picture, but 2 thing I could think that would cause this:

1) The trigger is going TRUE and then FALSE: you will get a record of each event so will appear as 2 rows.

2) You have "Acknowledge" turned on. You will get a historic event when the alarm triggers, and another one when the operator presses 'Acknowledge" on the screen.

Add the "Status" column to your view in the developer mode and you should see the extra status information that hopefully explains it.

Hope that helps

Thank you! Adding status row sorted the problem :-)!
