Only two CJ1 modules can be used on Main Rack.

With that amount of analog, it would be better to use a CJ2M processor.

Main rack would be able to support 10 modules.
Up to 3 expansion racks with 10 modules each could be added.

CP1H can be programmed with the Lite version of CX-One.  CJ2 would need the full version of CX-One.

Hope this is helpful.

What are your (complete) number of expansion modules? Does they begin with CP1W ?

And, complete number of the PLC?

You don't have to use "IO Table and Unit Setup" for CP1W expansion. This is only if you want to add CJ1 modules (2 max).

Section 5 (page 325) for your built-in analog IO, and section 7 (page 389) for expansion units.

Yes, and further in section 7, you will see that you have to write a "range code" in the ladder.

I did not pay attention enough before to your quantity of AD041 (5) and gtsupport was right of course.

You can not have more than 3 of them because you are limited to 15 inputs words, and they need 4 input words each.

Do you mean like this?  Like in an electrical schematic?

If so, you cannot do that in ladder logic.

You need to make sure the common terminals are wired to the same power supply as the devices wired to them.

Hello Experts!

I have a question. I have one module MAD42. Im going to add one more extra connected to the first one. How to set the input configuration for second module? I can't figure out exactly
how to set configuration for second Analog card. For the second card i should move for example #80ED to 104 and 105? Than read the input from 6 to 10?

We need to understand your configuration.

Do you have two CP1W-MAD42 modules?

Or are they CJ1W-MAD42?

Thanks,

gtsuport

CP1W-MAD42 . I have one but I going to connect another one. I need more than 4 analog inputs. 8 Inputs should be enough.
