Posted 30 Apr 2016 (edited) I've been working on a program for a couple of weeks without trouble. Now I'm trying to change the device comments on some S (STL) devices. There are a few in the range S100 to S120 and when I edit them (replacing or adding characters) it seems OK until I press Enter. Then it reverts back to before the edit. I can edit unused elements in the range and I don't seem to have the problem with M or D or T, etc. I've restarted the application etc. It started happening while I was online. I'm offline now. Has anyone experienced this and figured out what's going on? ---------------------------- ---------------------------- ---------------------------- ---------------------------- I've since found that I can delete the comment and type a new one in. Strange! Edited 30 Apr 2016 by Transistor
Posted 4 May 2016 check the manual to see if this range is an internal assigned bit. example Normally OFF normally OFF, timer 1sec , 0.1 sec., etc
Posted 4 May 2016 I've read large chunks of the manual. I've never seen anything like that. It's in the middle of a range that doesn't have a problem. I suspect the problem is gone now.
