Hi,

I want to know the meaning  for this writing  (Addressing object):

%I\4.0\1.1

%Q\4.0\1.3


if someone just help me for this example.

That's not Omron.  If you are talking about PL7, that's Siemens.

Hi

i talk  of  schneider  plc (Telemecanique TSX3721), the software is :PL7 v4.4 or 4.5  but siemens is PCS7 (SIMATIC S7 FAMILY).

%I\4.0\1.1 - is digital input on module 1, channel 1, in rack number 4 via fipio or maybe interbus

%Q\4.0\1.3  - is digital output in module 1, channel 3 ......

My guess is it's long obsolete.  Contact a Schneider Electric office or distributor to be sure.

Hi this cable is not obsolete....yet... In fact it is still used not only for plc's but for connecting to drives via modbus and other devices

 

Think the part number is tsxcusb485. This is for the convertor to usb. You still need another cable that goes from rj45 to min-din( for pl7 plcs)...cant remember this cables part number
