fx2n-48mr problem

dears i need your help 

i have plc fx2n-48mr connect with two fx2n-80mt  its manage dancing fountain  

its was working very good but i had problem form some time now the fx2n-48mr stop for 1 sec or 2 and work back this happen many times in our fountain show 

i this 1 sec or 2 sec the led of prog E is flash 

is this the battery problem  

im not  familiar in plc so can some one help me in this and i can answer any Question if need

It's a problem in the program if the PROG.E light is on.  It has nothing to do with the battery.

the PROG.E JUST BE ON FOR 1 OR 2 SEC AND AFTER THE ALL THING IS OKAY AND IT COME ON 

AND THIS PROBLEM NOT ALL TIME ITS HAPPEN SOMETIMES AND NOT HAPPEN SOMETIMES

You need to be able to get online with the PLC in the programming software to look at error codes.  Without more information, there is no way to troubleshoot it.

Hi Hatemmorsy,

In the attachment you will find the hardware manual of the FX2N PLC.

See page 96/126 in chapter 7 (diagnostics) and more specific 7.2.3 for the problem that you have with the PROG.E LED flashing.

I hope this is clear enough to solve your problems and have the fountain running again.

Is there a EEPROM installed? If so, I've experienced that it may be faulty after many years of operation, and that the PROGE LED lights up sometimes. You'll need to replace the card.

I have error like this, problem because output connect parallel with push button manual. so when we push the button, plc get error.Maybe you parallel output plc?
