PLC modicon premium

I have a PLC, the PLC is TSXP573634 but I don't have a memory for it. I want to connect but I can't. The PLC is new. I used usb-rs232 and TSXPCX1031. When I want to connect I have this message:"This isn't a valid PLC Address, or PLC is busy, or media is off".

I need for help!

It was a bit difficult to understand what you use.

But if you try to use a standard USb to RS232 converter this will not work.

You have to use the one sold by schneider electric.

TSXCUSB485. For this you also need a driver and a cable from this to the PLC. Minidin--RJ45.

can confirm this, PREMIUM PLC has RS485 port.
