Bad quality alarms ( FT View SE v8.0)

Dear Experts!!!

I am facing one problem in ALARMs configured in SCADA ( FT View SE v8.0)

There are some unnecessary alarms like "acknowledgement status" are coming.

Alarm bad quality alarms are coming all the time, I dont have any clue about them.

Please help!!!

Under the Alarm section --> Triggers tab, check the (Use acknowledge all value). Make sure it isn't checked. Also check the (Optional trigger connections). Some of those are a write. I am thinking these have something in there. 

We do not display any acknowledge messages. Here is what our alarm section looks like.Alarms.thumb.JPG.e318d49288cc9f45c6a09bb

I am also facing same problem whether you got solution for this i am using ftv10.0

I had this problem.

When setting up the alarm in the the Alarm and Event Setup. I typed the Input tag in manually and used curly brackets{} around the tag address. 

For Example:

{[Test]HMI_SIM_ESTOP}

After getting BAD QUALITY I re-entered the input tag using the tag browser elipse

[Test]HMI_SIM_ESTOP

It fixed my BAD QUALITY problem
