Posted 8 Dec 2015 I am told that Rockwell A B offers software to allow a laptop to hook up to a 700 drive and review the parameter. Does anyone have a link to the page or can point me into the right direction. I have an application where the end user would like to access the list via laptop and make changes if necessary Frank
Posted 8 Dec 2015 Hi, I personally utilize DriveExecutive Software which is a part of the DriveTools Software and connect through 1203-SSS AnaCANda-Serial Converter (or Ethernet if the drive has an Ethernet adapter)
Posted 8 Dec 2015 The Connected Components Workbench (CCW) software includes drive configuration tools that support the PowerFlex 700 series. For the 700, you do need a DPI interface or an Ethernet interface card. The 1203-USB is my preferred device, as it supports old SCANPort (1336) modern DPI (70/700/7000), and also the PowerFlex 4-series DSI protocol. 1 person likes this
