The program in PLC is damaged. The solution is to call to a specialist in Mitsubishi PLCs, that can make diagnostics, try to upload the program and to understand, what to do at next step. Usually the program can not be restored, so the new program must be written from scratch, that is long and expensive work. P.S. If you'd posted the topic in Mitsubishi section, the response might be quick.

The -001 on the end of the part number means it's a unit only made and sold in China, it's not programmed with their normal software. You may need to contact the original machine builder to get any support on this.

My thought was the same, until have got other info. The PCBs inside are made by Mitsubishi Electric, Japan. The PLC can be programmed with typical software. Its input logic can be changed from source to sink or sink/source (the same like european models has). Edited by Inntele

When I worked for Mitsubishi we were told this unit had to be purchased through the OEM, we could not sell or support it in the US.

Yes, I understand it. There is no any documentation to this PLC. It is sold in internet shops and the warranty of seller is for one year... However, stingy managers buys often a manufacturing equipment 'made in China', controlled by -001, that then to get problem with functioning and service.
