Posted 24 Jul 2015 Hi. So, technically the ROC is a flow computer but hopefully I can find some help. We are using the DS800 in the Roc. I have pressure transmitters in the field. They are ranged 0-2000 PSIG. Im using the ROC as the master and Freewave radios as slaves. They are transmitting the transmitters signal wireless and it comes in MODBUS. When I perform a loop check, the URV comes into the ROC at 1984 PSIG on all my transmitters. I have checked the float scales and they are correct. They are using an integer scale and I am not familiar enough with it in order to mess with it. I am currently doing some research on the subject. I was hoping someone could help shine some light on this and help me see it differently. FYI, I have already contacted supportnet at Emerson and the keep insisting that the transmitters aren't calibrated correctly. I have already confirmed that they are calibrated correctly and they are all brand new. They are ranged correctly as well. I can provide and roclink files if that would help. Thanks!! Posted 26 Jul 2015 (edited) Got a bit of experience with the ROCLINK & DS800. I would guess that your "0" is "0"?? Edited 26 Jul 2015 by a062549

Posted 11 Aug 2015 (edited) Have you verified the readings your getting at MAX scale using a Modbus Scanner? What instruments are you using for the pressure measurement? All I have done is lower the scaled max to get the reading to fit, or you can offset it?? John Edited 11 Aug 2015 by a062549
Posted 25 Aug 2015 It's a bit late, and I don't know if you fixed it, but it looks like it's sending a high value of 32500 instead of 32767 for full scale. What type of transmitters are these? Try changing the Raw (Integer) Max to 32500 and test. If you can't change the raw max because other values are linked to it, change the scaled Max to 2016. Posted 14 Oct 2015 Yeah, I noted that now. Connect a simulator/calibrator and se what you get out of the PLC. Offset it in the DS800 if you have to would be my best guess.
