How to configure/add virutal axes in TwinCAT2

Hi, I am trying to implement External set value generation in TwinCAT 2 PLC. An example is provided here which uses virutal axes. Somebody please tell me how to configure/add virutal axes in TwinCAT2 ? - Thanks Ravi
