Panelview Plus 600 touch screen removal

Panelview Plus 600 touch screen glass is broken. I like to know if anybody replaced it before. I have removed the curcuit board and everything but glass is stuck and not able to remove it. Need instruction on that. Thanks

There are people that repair them (like the post above), but Rockwell's "repair" method (if you can call it that) is "buy a new one". They won't sell components to repair them to end users.

You have to use a heat gun to heat around the plastic housing.  It has glue around all the edges.   Once it is hot you can pry it open.  Be careful of the glass, it can shatter when too much pressure is applied.  You can purchase screens from this website: http://www.plccable.com/allen-bradley-panelview-plus-600-2711p-t6-glass-2711p-t6c-2711p-t6m/

They have different screens for different HMIs also.
