Micrologix 1400 Webserver Information

Forgive my ignorance as am I trying to teach myself. This could very well be a very basic question. Basically, I am trying to figure out what data can be sent out of a micrologix 1400, as well as the format the data arrives in. All I am trying to do is retrieve read only data at certain intervals, and display it in a web browser. I want to try to stay away from software packages for the most part, as well as HMIs. I plan to use ASP.net as well. Can anyone help me with suggestions of documents to read, software options, or experiences with this? I appreciate any help that could be offered.

I'm sure you have reviewed the basic information for the Micrologix 1400 web server but I'm giving the manual link anyway It looks like the structure is limited. I don't know if it will be compatible with the usage you desire.

Web page size is very limited, but you can cheat a little but using iframes in the code to combine multiple pages into one.
