connect GE D400 and Controllogix XT L63

Hey guys I need to connect an XT Controllogix L63 with a GE D400 via ethernet to send some variables for SCADA and I've never done this setting if you could tell me how I can do this would be very grateful

I've never used a GE D400, but after a quick google search, it only supports a limited set of protocols (namely, ones more commonly used in power distribution/substation SCADA systems). The ControlLogix doesn't natively support any of these protocols. thanks for the answer, Thanks for the answer if I use the second option as could communicate because I am not sure that the GE D400 talk modbus if you saw at some manual please show me which thank you very much for your time

I saw that the D400 supports Modbus on this page (https://www.gedigitalenergy.com/multilin/energy/catalog/d400.htm#mm). However, DNP3 is a better protocol than Modbus anyways, so I'd suggest going that route.
