Communication FTV with Micrologix 1500

Hello, I am trying configure the communication between factorytalkview with ML1500, but the processor don't show in the tree. My connection PC to PLC is DF1 Serial, somebody could help me.

Welcome to the forum! A few things to check: What connection cables are you using? Have you set up the DF1 driver in RSLinx Classic? Did the driver successfully autoconfigure? Does the ML1500 appear in RSLinx Classic?

Tks ASForrest, I am using usb converter cable, the driver was autoconfigure successfully, in RSLinx Classic the ML1500 appears usually.

OK. So we don't have any connection issues then, that's a good start. Can you post a screenshot of the communications screen in FactoryTalk View where the PLC should be appearing?

Solved problem, was replaced cable of mini port DB9, thank you so much!!
