RFQ: Barcode and HMI for micro-impact scribing unit.

I'm looking for quotations for a system to interface between our Technifor VIN scribe head unit. The system will need to provide a barcode reader, VIN validation routine, and HMI. Please see the attached RFQ for full details. EDIT!!!
