LSSI install on windows 98

I'am trying to install LSSI 3.02 software on a windows 98 machine in the dos mode and I keep getting an error code saying that the file LSSFILE.LST is missing.It is definitely on the floppy and I tried several different sourceses for the software and all with the same results.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
