NT Support Tool V 4.6

I have an NT631C-V2 that I cannot upload the program from. I am using NTST V4.6 and when I attempt to upload the program I get a time out error. Com A is setup for PLC communications and Com B is used for programming. Is there anything in the settings that would prevent uploading from the PT? If Com B is bad on the PT is there another way to upload the program? I have used the programming cable on other NT series screens and have had no issues with it.

Even though Com A is set for PLC communications, it will answer to the NT software. Try using Com A.
