A1SD75P2-S3

Hi all, first post but a regular reader. One of my machines uses the above positioner module that appears to be faulty. We have a new one on it's way, we have the software, we don't have the cables! Now the A1SD75P2-S3 has what appears to be the tinniest RS-422 ever created! Because of this the standard SC-09 cable needs to be connected to a further cable that Mitsubishi label as A1SD75-C01HA. Finding one of these is proving to be incredibly difficult. Has anyone seen any alternatives or the mini RS-422 connector? Many thanks
