PLC Emerson software and cable

I share the software of plc Emerson: http://www.mediafire.com/?ajx0hd280e68x I don't have the cable, I want to make the cable to programme plc I made two cable 1: PLC:------------PC: com 5 (TXD)------ 2 (RXD) 4 (RXD)------ 3 (TXD) 3 (GND)------ 5 (GND) 2: PLC:------------PC: com 5 (TXD)------ 2 (RXD) 4 (RXD)------ 3 (TXD) 3 (GND)------ 5 (GND), 4 (DTR)--- 6(DSR), 7 (RTS)--- 8 (CTS) but they not work, when i upload the software has an error failed. anyone has made the cable to progamme plc emerson. Pls help me.
