If any way you would need to have the data sent to the website and how would be create an alarm and make it event based and log it... send that log to the website.... I am sure there are programs ya can get to have it sent. As for the web based alarm I am sure you can do some html to have that info txted to a phone or email sent I do not know if there is somethat can make a call like that...

Intouch will do "web based" to a limited extent. Ignition is probably what you're looking for as the leading commercial web based SCADA package.
