starting and stopping database logging

Hello I have made a programme containing 3 Access Databases to log data for 3 seperate shifts production ie 0600-1400, 1400-2200 and 2200-0600. I have been able to log all data with the Database link box checked but am not sure how to control the timing through using scripts. The script is fine eg Start $Hour==6AND$Minute==0AND$Second==0 but I cant get the logging to start. Have tried Start Logging Command, DB New Command etc. Does anyone know the correct command to use to start manual logging to a database. Regards Peter
