zelio power supply interruption

hello all i have application that the power supply on the zelio plc will go for milli seconds and come back because of changing the power source is that affect the plc work cause putting UPS is very expensive... any zelio have a buffer for power supply please help.

A UPS with enough current for that small device would sell for around $59 here in the US.
