Is this a new installation or an existing machine? Try changing the pulley ratio to 2:1

Try tuning your servo before changing the mechanics. There is an autotune function in CX-Drive that will help you to tune the servo. You can also put the servo in a mode where the dial on the front specifies the "rigidity" of the servo. A lower number means lower gain.
