hi all i have micrologix 1200 i up load program from it but i not see comment in program i need see comment What can be done. Thank

Comments are not stored in the processor. If you want the original comments, you will need a copy of the file that the programmer created.

If you cannot procure the Original Programmers COde then you'll ahve to secure the prints and use the RSlogix to comment the Inputs and Outputs yourself. Once this is done a majority of the internals should begin to be self explanatory and documentable as well. Not what you hoped , but all is not hopeless if you can't get the original program.
