Host Connected Plc's

Hello. Exists HOTS publics of connection to PLC' s. Talk, computers connected s PLC' s and the users "logan" to this and they transfer the program, they quiz and debug.. Some institution of education, manufacturer, company has the resort. Even that be of restricted access, relates for I have the knowledge. Tranks
