how to view values on a compact l32e

When viewing controller tags on line with my control logic, I am able to see the values of the respective tag. Whether its binary, real, dint etc. However, when online with my compact logic I am not. Is this something I can sort? Also, am I able to create custom data monitors like with the slc500 Cheers

this is just a guess - based on what you've told us so far ... the Tag Listing has TWO sides (much like a piece of paper has two sides) ... you need the Monitor side to view the values ... maybe (just a guess) you've got the Edit side selected ... if this isn't your problem, try to post a screen shot ...

As Ron says, give us a screen shot will help for your online tag monitoring issue. Custom data monitor is not integreted in RS5k, you'll find similar application in ENU\Tools\Custom Data Monitor Tool on install CD.

you might want to try out the "Quick Watch" feature ... you can't save it with the program - but it comes in handy for some things ...
