Bosch PC400

I am trying to trouble-shoot an old machine with a Bosch PC400 PLC. I have a printout of the program but I'm not sure what some of the ladder logic symbols mean...Could you please help if possible? Specifically what do the following ladder elements mean: T --(E)-- T --(P)-- C --©-- C --(S)-- I was also wondering...How does the program scan the ladder logic? Does it get scanned left to right, top to bottom? Or does it get scanned in columns top to bottom, then left to right? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
