Wonderware DASABCIP

Hello Has anyone had trouble with Wonderware DASABCIP 4.1 shutting off or disconnecting? InTouch version 10.1, the DASABCIP server shuts down every couple days for no reason, log viewer shows no errors. Software vendor says it is in the OS of the PC. Any thoughts? Thanks
