40001 is actiually the exact same as 400001. In Modbus the first number = the "index"/"type", so broken down: 40001 = "Type"=4 (Holding register) , and 0001 = Start address. Hence, 400001 = Type=4 and 00001 = Start address. The only difference is that 40001 can have a maximum of 9999 addresses, while 400001 can have 65535 addresses, but essentially the number '4' is simply the "Type", and the rest of the numbers define the start address. So if the manual for the radio read 40001, this will match the Q system 400001.

Hi I'm new to Mitsubishi plc and the modbus configuration. my question is that can i use plc output to control the start/stop of the motor and control the freq using modbus comunication?? im using mitsubishi inverter FR-D740.
