E1101 HMI

Can any body tell me why when I down load screens onto the E1101 sometimes the static text goes stupid like 23@3 instead of the text on the laptop.

Which text changes?? The text in the panel itself, or the text on the laptop?

Thanks again Karre The text leaves the PC as say Heating Trends and appears on the HMI as 324@34 or some thing like that, every thing else is OK except for the text

Have you got several languages in your application? I´ve seen things like this in the alarmlist if a string is missing in one of the language. Regards Edmund

This happens when you only send part of the project to the terminal. If, for instance, you only want to send block 1, then make sure the "Fonts" and "Message library/ multiple languages" check boxes are checked. This should prevent it from happening. Cheers Paul Ked
