19th JUNE :: When we switch on the power, some input LED shows ON, Power LED is ON, But out put LED does not Show. Once in ten times some of the Output LED is ON. checked cable continuity. Can anyone guide me which area shud we concentrate to solve the problem ? Thanks in advance. 17th JUNE :: I have come across one m/c having SYSMAC c120(two identical pieces joined together by common cable2717(24pin+24pin) on Left by OMRON c500CN511 3G2A5-CN511,), OMRON programmable controller, C120-CPU80, 3G2C4-cpu80 marked on the Box have 29inputs in upper box and 15 inputs in lower box and have 23outputs from upper deck and 8 outputs in lower deck. When switched on the m/c, PLC dont give any outputs. All inputs are received OK. Battery power shows 3.5Volts. Right Upper side of the Box have 4 LEDs in square. The right upper most corner LED is RED. We would like to know what kind of problem are we going through and how can we solve it ? One of the technician who visited is of opinion that we need to reinstall the software of C120-cpu80. We cant find any Link Unit or Host Link unit or dont know which kind of Host link is suitable for this model. Which software is suitable for this model to communicate with this CPU.
