Hi, I got c200h cpu21V plc and cqm1-cif02 cable. could i upload the cpu program with this cable? i use cx-one v2 software.

No, you must use a rack mount or CPU mount host link unit. The port that your CIF02 cable plugs into can only be used for a hand held programmer.
