how and which comments are saved to the plc

I have never really tested it, but when I have finished a program I always try to use the spare memory to download the comments to the plc. It is to me a really big plus with mitsubishi plc's that you can do this. But I never understood which comments would be saved and which would be discarded - it is confusing. But a recent e mail from mitsi has helped a little in clearing some things up here is a pic of part of the e mail.
