Error while opening GE Proficy 5.90

Hi, I am new to GE Fanuc PLCs. I have installed GE proficy 5.90 software and I get a error while opening the Proficy software. I have attached the error for reference. Can anyone help in this regard. Regards Sebastian C

Does your logon give you 'Admin' rights? Try 'Rt-Clicking' the shortcut and select 'Run As' then enter a Logon and password for someone who does have Admin rights. Also verify that the directories that PME is installed to and using is not write protected. Edited 7 Jan 2010 by RussB
