Questions about recieving mail with QJ71E71

Is there anyone who have worked with the mail-recieve function in the QJ71E71-module? I have managed to recieve mails with the module but what is really the point with it? Is there a way to with the mail-information for an example set a parameter-value? I have read the manual carefully but I haven't really found any information about what to do with it. I hope that anyone can help me!? Patrik (Sweden)
