Omron PLC

I am going to configure PLC CS1W-ETN21 series from scratch. I am new to PLC concept. I want to know how to buy this product. What are the hardwares need to buy along with PLC? I have seen Omron site for ETN21 model. In that page they have ETN21 PLC, CPU bus unit, Basic I/O unit and Special I/O units. Need to buy all those hardwares along with PLC? Can anyone please tell the hardware details required for PLC configuration? The application we are going to deal is RFID system - contractor entry exit management.
