NT20S connect to Mitsubishi

Hello, Our customer has a machine using NT20S connect to Mitsubishi. Check System menu: Comm. Type: Com Link PLC: QnA I want to upload the program but NT20S (in NTST V4.82 support OMRON only). I check that NT20 support both OMRON and Mitsu (FX, A). So I want to ask I can select NT20 for uploading program? Thanks

NT-Support Tool v4.82 allows to program: NT20S-ST... single Omron NT20-ST... protocols Omron and Mitsubishi It verifies that you specify NT20-ST... to be able to configure communication with the Mitsubishi.

Unfortunately, I have tried with NTSTV4.82 and NTSS2.33 (DOS) but cannot upload the program. Perhaps, incompatiable hardward version or system version?
