hiiiiiiii i have plc omron communicated with proface touch screen , proface read temperature from plc from data memory ls51 but there is no data memory at plc omron cqm1h called ls51 , what the meaning of ls51

Address LS 0000 are Proface internal memory addresses. It may be that the monitor word address device is set to #internal rather than PLC1
