how to find which is input and which is out put

Dear All, As i am new in omron been working in seimens. how can i understand the input and out put of the programm all startrs without any indentification. how can i get the max no of I/Os are allocated in perticuler programm bit address goes 0.0 to 112.15. As I had read on one manual that input starts from IR0000 to 01515and out put starts from IR10000 to 11515. PLC using is CQM1H Thanks in advance ima.cxp
