Omron and Allen Bradley market some of each other's products in emerging markets such as China.  I don't think that either company is interested in acquiring the other at this time.

Omron and Allan Bradley have signed technology and product agreements with each other. In Australia Allan Bradley sell Omron G2R relays under the AB name. The only difference is the bases are black not grey.
