Has anyone used this product line from GE at all? It is the IC676PB series or the IC677PB etc. I am wondering about performance, pros and cons anyone has noticed. Thanks.

We've used it with device net, works fine, no outstanding issues or problems.

I am refering to the IP67 "drop boxes" with the M12 connections on the front of them, I am really just more concerned about environmental performance. I am looking for systems that work well covered in drilling fluid......

They should work well in a rather harsh environment. I have used similar products in parts washing applications with various oils splashing on them and had no problems. Actually, I have seen more issues when using sensors with quick disconnects on the sensor side in these types of envrionments. I would try to stick with a sensor that has a molded cordset on the sensor side if possible. regards
