Access to CX-Simulator

Is it possible to access to CX-Simulator by some other non omron application (e.g. Made in VB or some other programs). On off address or acces to data blocks enc. Thank you.

Case 1: VB + Compolet (Use FINS address created by CX-Simulator, eg: 1.10.0 or 0.10.0). I have used this way to test my project. Case 2: CX-Server Lite (Select Network Type: Finsgateway and enter FINS address)
