WinCC v6.0 installation problem.Please help me!

When I install Simatic WinCC v6.0 i receive a message, "microsoft message queuing v5.0" needed... What is this? I use WinXP+service pack1. Does anybody know where can i find this component? WinCC v6.0 does not installs on my pc.Please help me to resolve this problem! Thanks gikasoft@elekta.lt

Hi, I had the same problem, here's the sollution. Go to your control panel, the select add/remove windows components there in the list is somewhere "message queuing" just vink it and install. You your XP cd the install it. Rudi

After that you have to install WinCC CD2# SQL Server 2003 for WinCC

Hello, It seems that message queing doesn't excist in xp home edition, I talked to our IT person at our plant. Rudi
