Step 7 lost license

Hi, Does anyone no of a way to recover a licence on a Siemens field pg? It seems to have vanished, the ones for Wincc and step 5 are still there. Does it mean that I will have to go cap in hand and ask my boss to stump up for a new one? Regards, Colin

If is was a license copy to begin with, you can contact Siemens support and they will usually send you a floppy with a new license for it in a few days.

I phoned the technical help desk and a nice man helped me to recover it thanks for the help!
