TSX47 MEM Fault

Hello I am Working on a TSX47-40 Telemecanique PLC . My Plc unfortunately went to stop Mode and dont go to Run Mode . There are Some Led indicators on CPU Panel Which Their Configuration is bellow : RUN : OFF CPU : OFF MEM : ON I/O : OFF UTW : ON Can Any one help me in troubleshooting this PLC or any one have information about that how i can get connected to this plc ? using whuch software or cable ? I WILL APPREACIATE ANY HELP, THANKS M.J.Saleh
