I am making a cable that goes from a 1747-AIC to a 9 pin serial connector does anyone have the Pin out for this , It is for a Panelview PLus using the serial port to talk to a SLC5/02 , Thanks for your help

It can't just a cable. The 9-pin connector on the PV+ (and on your computer) is an RS232 port. The 1747-AIC and the SLC-5/02 use RS485 signalling. You need a signal converter. The 1761-NET-AIC is the best one for this application.
